The Swedish Women’s Educational Association (SWEA) San Diego has the pleasure to accept applications for projects / studies in Sweden.

Grant applications are accepted through October 15, 2016 and is limited to organizations and individuals based in San Diego County. Grants are awarded to special projects and will not exceed $3,000.

Eligible applicants are limited to one proposal per funding cycle.

All grant applications will be evaluated by the SWEA San Diego Grants Committee and presented to the Board of Directors.

SWEA San Diego will NOT fund the following:

• Personal stories, including self-publishing
• Recurring events that are profitable
• Endowments, operating budgets, or annual fund drives
• Projects that are essentially a forum for political advocacy
• Projects that consist of a religious nature
